‘day by day’를 주제로 ‘Daily Doodle’과 ‘Daily Drawing’을 그리는 작가 박지은의 그림 공간이다. ‘일상이 예술, 예술을 일상으로’를 콘셉트로, 우리와 일상을 함께 하는 소소한 소품들에 ‘Daily Doodle’과 ‘Daily Drawing’을 적용한 제품을 제작, 판매한다. 이번 전시에서는 폴딩이라는 물리적 환경을 좀 더 부각한 작품을 선보인다. 지면을 아코디언과 같이 접어 작업하고 폈을 때 다른 이미지들과의 조합이 되는 우연성은 마치 어린아이처럼 계획없이 작업하고자 했던 시도이며, 우연한 발견에 대한 작가로서의 실험이기도 하다.

I make improvisatory images from daily experiences, ‘Daily Doodle’ and ‘Daily Drawing’. Improvisatory images done in very short time are intended to explore my unconsciousness. I also fold a piece of paper like an accordion and doodle on the each page and we will find unexpected images on the spread paper. It is one of my experiments about the new possibility. I will characterize on ‘folding’.
