1030도에서 모든 작품이 완성된다는 의미를 가진 바이1030은 우리 생활에 따뜻한 온기와 감성을 불어넣는 작업을 하고자 한다. 도자기를 캔버스 삼아 그 위에 그림 그리는 작업을 주로 한다. 작가의 작업 중 하나인 ‘Who am I?‘는 ‘나는 누구이며 나를 만드는 것은 무엇인지’에 대한 생각을 정리하며 빚은 작은 흙 알맹이들을 굽고 채색해 내면의 방이자 표출 도구인 ‘큐브박스’에 다양한 성향의 자아를 배열하는 작업이다. 흙 알맹이에서 파생되어 온전한 형태를 가진 ‘개인’의 단면을 아트 토이로 출시했다.

The meaning of by1030 is that my artwork is baked at 1030celsius. It‘s mainly made up of drawings on ceramic and the main theme of pieces, ‘Who am I?‘, is an artwork about my thoughts about who defines me and what makes myself. A character of children who searches for something with pure mind is like our childhood. As we see the character, I hope I can find my positive energy to be joyful. I hope people can find softness of themselves and the world will become beautiful.
