1인 가구 증가라는 삶의 방식 변화에 따라 소형 공간에서 생활하는 싱글족이 많아지게 되었다. 작은 공간에서 효율적인 생활 방식을 추구하는 그들은 자연스럽게 좌식 탁자 같은 편리한 기능을 가진 가구를 선호하게 되었고, 그에 따라 전통적인 생활 방식인 좌식 문화가 부활하게 되었다. 그래서 이번 전시에서는 싱글족의 생활 방식(좌식)과 변화된 삶의 태도(취향 중시)에 집중했다. 좌식 생활의 대표적 전통 가구인 ’소반’의 개념에 그들이 선호하는 취향을 가미하여 ’현대인의 취향을 담은 작은 상’이라는 의미의 ‘취.담.반’ 전시를 기획하려 한다.

According to the change of lifestyle, there’re more singles living in small spaces. They pursued an efficient lifestyle. So, the traditional lifestyle, the ‘sitting culture’, was revived in their lives. Therefore this exhibition focuses on their lifestyle. I’d like to plan the exhibition of ‘취.담.반’, which means ’a small table that reflects the taste of modern people’ with the concept of ‘Soban’.
